Payments made before 1:00 PM on your scheduled shutoff date will prevent disconnection. If service is disconnected after 1:00 PM, payment and all applicable reconnect fees must be paid by phone or in person before
service can be restored.
When submitting payments to the Utility office using the
"Pay Now" button,
only press the button once!
If any error messages appear,
please call the utility office before attempting to press the "Pay Now" button again.
